Draft Existing Conditions Report Released!

The Existing Conditions Report is research about the current status of the areas recommended for approval to add to the Urban Service Area, including its uses, zoning, environmental features, infrastructure, and utilities. This report will help build the recommendations for future development that are in context with the surrounding areas and existing resources.

The existing conditions report will be presented to Lexington’s Planning Commission on February 29th at 1:30 pm.
