Market Analysis Released!

The project team for the Urban Growth Master Plan has released the draft Market Analysis for review.  The preliminary findings of this report were discussed with the Planning Commission previously at their March 21, 2024 Work Session. The analysis covers local demographics, housing needs and market conditions to aide in making future land use recommendations for the proposed expansion areas covered in the Master Plan.
