Planning Commission Presentation: Public Engagement and Initial Concepts

On May 23rd, project manager Sam Castro gave an update presentation to Lexington’s Planning Commission about the Urban Growth Master Plan’s initial concepts and public engagement so far. The presentation includes a summary of the UGMP process (slides 1-7), recaps of the engagement received over the course of the 2 day design workshop and Urban Growth Festival (slides 8-12), and a summary of the current status of the plan, including the TSW approach (slides 13-25), visualizing density (slides 26-35), and initial concepts (slides 36 -62).
